By accessing or using Game Builder (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to developers, creators, players, organizers, and visitors. Additional terms may apply to specific features or events.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 may have restricted features.

3. Developer & Event Rules

• Follow SDK and API guidelines, including rate limits
• Respect fair-play requirements and anti-cheat integration
• Comply with applicable laws, platform policies, and IP rights
• Provide accurate details for event results and rewards (if any)

4. User Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Game Builder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and adapt your content to operate and promote the Service.

Software, designs, and text on the Platform are owned by Game Builder or licensors. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

5. Integrity & Anti-Abuse

You consent to reasonable anti-cheat and integrity measures, which may include device checks, replay capture, and validation of inputs where permitted. Refusal may lead to removal from events or bans.

6. Fees & Virtual Items

Some features may involve fees disclosed at purchase. Virtual items or credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except as required by law or our specific policy.

7. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Game Builder IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Game Builder harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

10.2 Arbitration

Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This survives termination.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

You waive participation in class or representative actions.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-product notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
